Many people get embarrassed as they approach the age of 30. For some reason, these milestones tend to get people thinking. Am I old? What should I have done differently? Am I really happy with this person I married? Are you living today better than you did yesterday? These are the questions we ask ourselves from time to time.

We are all aware that life is a journey and our goal should be to take as many steps as we can in the right direction. To know that despite the fact that we may make mistakes along the way, when we look back on where we have been, we will be able to see just how far we have come.  Our views and beliefs are more developed, our understanding of our purpose is becoming clearer, and most of all, we are living today in a better way than we did yesterday and learning from the life lessons that have come our way.

Often times we don’t realize how powerful our lives can be until we reflect and share our experiences. So I took the time to list down 30 lessons i have learned in my 30 years of existence.
